To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable unless you are dissatisfied with our service. If you encounter any extenuating circumstances, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to work with you to find a solution.

Please note, all cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the event. Cancellations made after this period will result in the full amount being charged.
